Food -- I've lived here a long time but finally got around to going to Dock Street Oyster Bar in downtown Wilmington. It was great! I saw some great items other other people's tables that I will get next time too. 12 Dock Street, Wilmington, NC - (910) 762-2827. Walking distance from the Hilton Riverfront where I think the NetJet crews stay. if driving parking on street or in parking deck
Misc -- Downtown Wilmington is great in the summer! They have a free concert every Friday night at on the river front at 8:30. Great cover bands. Beer and Wine too. http://www.wilmingtondowntown.com/downtownsundown - Great restaurants within walking distance - all near the Hilton
Misc -- Seahawks baseball is hot this year, stumbled in after a quick dinner at "hamburger joes". A bored line or desk agent will ride you there for minimal tip and a smile...
Historic -- USS North Carolina Battleship is located just across the bridge. You can spend a couple of hours here just walking through and reading the signs of the historic ship. www.battleshipnc.com $12pp ($10 Mil) 365 days a year. In the summer time they show old movies on the bow just like they did during military service.
Sports -- There is a nice golds gym about 10 min. from airport open 24 hrs. Easy to get to. 10 dollars for a guest pass or free if you are already a member of golds from another state with your travel pass. There # 910-392-3999.
Food -- As a local I have to say that Elizabeth's Pizza is close and good. Italian food. About 5 min from either FBO by crew car. Beach is 15-20min and downtown riverfront is 10Min with shops and food. www.elizabethspizzawilmington.com
