KFWA FORT WAYNE INTERNATIONAL FT WAYNE IN Food -- Oley's Pizza is a rival to Giordono's in Chicago, excellent, take 24 west off exit 102 on interstate 69 KGEZ SHELBYVILLE MUNI SHELBYVILLE IN Misc -- Indiana Live casino is 1/3 mile from here. Kinda a no brainer for stuff to do. Misc -- there's nothing... forget you came here. KHNB HUNTINGBURG HUNTINGBURG IN Historic -- Bomber field, Baseball field where league of there own was filmed. Downtown stores, Hard Rain was filmed here also. KIND INDIANAPOLIS INTL INDIANAPOLIS IN Hotels -- Stay at Any Hotel in Plainfield IN. 2 Exits South of the new Airport and 4 Exits south of Millon Air Center. Great area and tons of places to eat! Historic -- Free Civil War Museum under the statue at the center of downtown Indianapolis. Kind of hidden away and pretty interesting. Also just down the street on the corner of Michigan and Capital is a another war museum that is worth checking out...also free. JM (corporate pilot) KJVY CLARK COUNTY JEFFERSONVILLE IN Misc -- Visit the falls of the ohio. There's an interpretive center and, when the Ohio river is low, stretches of fossil beds with easily seen fossils. Take water on a hot day. You could spend a few minutes or hike for several hours on the fossil beds. About 5 miles south on I65 on the IN bank of the Ohio at Jeffersonville. Near several really good restaurants, too. KLAF PURDUE UNIVERSITY LAFAYETTE IN Food -- Triple XXX. Sounds bad, but is actually a great restaurant. Lafayette Aviation has crew cars available and can point you in the right direction. Located near Purdue University Campus, Triple XXX is a great place to stop for a hamburger and a rootbeer. KSBN SOUTH BEND REGIONAL SOUTH BEND IN Misc -- head to the notre dame campus and check out all the naughty catholic school girls KVPZ PORTER COUNTY MUNI VALPARAISO IN Misc -- check out the indiana aviation museum on the field.
